I was provided with a complimentary You@the Center course in exchange for an honest review.
All opinions are entirely my own.

I’ve been on this journey to create a more sustained lifestyle for myself and a much happier ME. It’s been quite an experience and I can honestly say I have learned way more about myself and what makes me happy (and what I really want out of life) than I ever thought possible. I admit it… I was skeptical. Very skeptical. This process hasn’t been easy, and at times it hasn’t been much fun… but almost 100 days later I am changed. I wrote about what I’ve learned in a previous blog post, but I thought I’d give you some ideas on how to figure out if a program like this would be right for you.
- First of all, if you are even thinking about needing some life coaching, chances are you are probably ready and open to making a change in your life. They say that admitting you have a problem is the first step… well, admitting you might need some outside help in changing your life is a HUGE step.
- Ask yourself some questions (and be honest with yourself) about how you are really feeling about your life.
- Are you unhappy with your current work situation? Are you drained, stressed, and exhausted all the time?
- Do you feel you aren’t living up to your potential? Do you want to do bigger, better things with your life?
- Do you find yourself overwhelmed with the things you have to do on a daily basis?
- Do you make lists and lists and never get anything crossed off?
- Are you having financial troubles that seem to get worse instead of better?
- Are you yelling more, sleeping less, and noticing a change in your eating habits?
- Have you lost your sense of fun? Sense of self? Do you not have time for the things that you loved to do?
I know, lots of questions. If you are answering them honestly, you probably already know that a Life Coach could be beneficial to you. It’s a commitment for sure, but one that could drastically change the way you live your life.
The program I have been taking, You@the Center is offering $100 off the full course if you sign up before January 6.

It’s a great deal if you decide to make an investment in yourself for a change. Since I’ve been taking the course, I’ve become happier, have more free time to do the things I like to do, my business has grown and I learned that if I work smarter, I don’t necessarily have to work harder. I don’t get angry with the kids as quick and I think everyone in my house is better off. Now if only I could get my husband to take the course as well.
Still thinking about it? I would be more than happy to answer all your questions… about the process, about the material, about what I’ve learned. Ask away… and definitely consider making a big change for the better in 2015!
