Vintage Trouble ROCKS Leno!

by Carolyn West on January 16, 2013

If you are a devoted reader of my blog (and of course, I know you are), you read all about Vintage Trouble yesterday. Did you stay up and watch them on the Jay Leno show? If you didn’t, you missed a great performance. I have spent the last few days listening to The Bomb Shelter Sessions over and over again - it’s the kind of music that keeps you moving - but seeing them in person is completely different. These guys know how to rock out to a song. I just wish they had more time to perform more than the one song. I guess Jessica Simpson warranted more time (still trying to figure out why).

There is definitely something about seeing a group perform live that really gives you an insight into their musicality. Vintage Trouble has it! If you can catch them live, I would absolutely recommend it. They are getting ready to go on tour with The Who. THAT is pretty incredible. I saw The Who in concert at Shea Stadium in New York City back when I was a teen. I’ll never forget it. I think it’s a perfect match for Vintage Trouble. I SO wish I was going to be at the Los Angeles concert.

Want to see what all the fuss is about… the Vintage Trouble website has a bunch of performance videos. This is one of them:

If you want to check out one of their upcoming shows, they are all listed on their website. I say we get a group together and go see them in Las Vegas!
