Help! I think I’m addicted. I love when my Stitch Fix boxes come to my house. I don’t have time for shopping (and I don’t really enjoy it that much anyway) but I do love getting new clothes, so this is perfect for me. I video’d by first two boxes, but didn’t do my 3rd because frankly, I was getting tired of it. I only kept one piece from that last box I got so I was a little hesitant about getting this one. The worse thing is getting a box and hating everything in it.

So… without further ado… here is my unboxing of Stitch Fix #4.
The Dress: Not my style. I don’t mind sleeveless dresses, but I don’t like the ones that are more of a halter-style. I can’t wear a regular bra with them (clearly) and I don’t love my shoulders. I like prints, but this one didn’t do it for me. The dress had a side tie (gathered) at the waste and the fabric kept coming undone when I tied a bow, which means that I would be fussing with it ALL THE TIME.
The blue shirt (looks black in the photo) I really liked. It was comfortable and great with a sweater for when it gets cold (if it ever gets cold). The jeans were really comfortable, but I’m going back and forth over them. I can always use another pair of jeans. The price isn’t bad. Just on the fence about them.
The plum colored shirt I liked and didn’t like. When worn outside the pants, it was just kind of meh… not very interesting. But, when I tucked it in, I though it actually looked cute. My husband didn’t like it. The cardigan was a huge flop. Lauryn liked it, but it was a very boring shade of gray and it really had no shape to it. It was also a little itchy. Made me look like an old woman. Ugh!
So… what do YOU think about the clothes? I’d love to hear your reactions.
Want to try Stitch Fix for yourself? There is a $20 styling fee that gets credited back to you when you make a purchase. If you decide not to keep any of the 5 pieces they send you, you don’t get the $20 fee back. So far, I’ve kept at least one item from each box I’ve received. All boxes come with a prepaid envelope for you to return the unwanted pieces in.

Lauryn is a natural, I loved her honesty with the thumbs up and down. I agree, no on the sweater… It’s just too big. The dress? Meh. The Jeans I love, in fact that is my favorite brand of jeans although the boyfriend cut doesn’t work for me. I always get their baby bootcut or bootcut. The denim on KUT from the cloth is soft and moves with me which is why I like them. The Daniel Rainn top is beautiful, I like the color and the style. I own 2 Daniel Rainn tops and I’ve had them for 2 years now, they still look like new. The blue top, was cute but I really liked the bohemian look on the plum one.
Thanks, Maribel. It’s so interesting to get everyone’s perspectives on my clothes. The things I don’t like, other people do. It’s not easy finding clothes that I like, flatter my figure, and other people like as well. This is why I hate shopping.
Hi Carolyn! I think of all the pieces the navy top and jeans are the most flattering on you!
Thanks, Pam. I think so too.
Hi! I think the dress is very cute!
