The Dry Skin Challenge #DialNutriSkin

April 3, 2012

It’s time to admit that this 46 year old skin I have is suffering from dry-skin syndrome. We all know that as we age, we lose moisture in our skin, but I’m so tired of always feeling like I have hands like sandpaper. I think I can write notes on my arms and legs with the dry skin I have. I’m one of those try-it-all to find-what-works kind of person. I have a bunch of lotions sitting next to my bed and none of them really work that great.

I was offered the chance to try out Dial NutriSkin lotion and was really hoping it would be the ONE. You can see my entire shopping trip on Google +. I was amazed how many different types of lotions there are. It’s really almost impossible to choose just one.

I never tried Dial lotion before so I was actually really anxious to see if it would work for me. They also have this fun website where you can see what other people really think of Dial NutriSkin as well.

I decided to give myself a 5-day challenge and test out if Dial NutriSkin really worked. The things I loved about it right from the start is that the consistency isn’t too runny and isn’t too thick. I can’t stand lotions that go on like they are water… or ones that are so thick you feel like it isn’t absorbing into your skin. I want a lotion that absorbs easily but doesn’t feel greasy. This does that.

Seriously, all that snake-like skin is gone. I have to admit I’m a little surprised because I don’t usually notice much difference in my skin. Lotions work for a few hours and then my skin dries out again. The Dial NutriSkin really kept my skin softer even when I forgot to put it on (which I do a lot). I’m looking forward to summer, when my skin really dries out, to not have to deal with my flaky skin.

Try it out for yourself… I’d love to hear what you think.

I recently bought the exact same Dial product. But I must apply it instead of merely letting it sit on my computer desk for it work, huh?

Either way it smells great, when I DO apply it, it is non-greasy and feels great.

Thanks. I don’t feel so alone in my aging.
