My husband is in Las Vegas. At the CES Show. Without me.
He’s been going for years, traveling there with his brother, Uncle and Father for a little male bonding over electronic gadgets. I guess I can’t complain too much… I get to go without him to my wild and crazy blogger events.
So now it’s just us girls. Hmmm… what will we do for two days with no man in the house. I’m guessing we’ll…
- spend the morning in bed watching TV.
- eat cereal for dinner and cold pizza for breakfast.
- watch endless episodes of Wizards of Waverly Place.
- shop.
- let the dishes pile up in the sink and the clothes pile up on the floor.
- paint toenails.
- talk about boys.
- rent Redbox movies and make forts with pillows and blankets.
- stay up way too late.
- eat ice cream out of the carton.
- make funny videos.
- do facials.
- spend way too much time on twitter.
- Glee Karaoke.
We only have 2 days… we better get busy having all that fun!

We basically took it easy today and didn’t do much. I picked up my daughter’s friend who hung out all day and is spending the night. The kids played outside most of the day and I played on my computer. We went out to dinner (so I didn’t have to cook) and now they are watching TV/Movies and I’m getting ready to do my nails and watch the movies I rented - “Sarah’s Key” and “Friends with Benefits”.
