Prodded by my twitter friends, I have committed to doing Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred video. We all started yesterday and are vlogging about how we did. As you can see from my very poorly lighted and executed video, I’m exhausted, but I did better than I thought I would. Keep in mind I’ve only done Level 1 which in itself is a killer workout. I think I’m going to give it a week before I attempt to do Level II.
I’d like to say my goals are to gain strength, muscle and lose 10 pounds… well, crap… I guess I just said it. Okay, I’d like all of the above. Will it happen? Who knows, but I figure I can do anything for 30 days, right?
So if you want to join me, grab your video and let me know how you’re doing. Right now… I just want a shower, a huge glass of ice water, and a soft bed to crawl into.
