Picture this: Saturday afternoon. Not much going on. The family is getting restless sitting at home so we decide to get out of the house. We go grab some lunch and then we drive around town trying to find something exciting to do. The husband pulls into the mall parking lot.

“We’re going to the mall?” I ask.

“Sure. We can just walk around a bit, ” he answers.

Just walk around a bit? Since when do you take 4 women to the mall to “just walk around a bit”?

Needless to say, we did a little bit more than walk.

Two dresses, two pairs of shoes and $60 later, we walked OUT of the mall.

Hubby had a funny look on his face.

“What’s going on?” I ask.

“Nothing,” he answers.

“Come on. What’s going on?” I ask again.

“I come to the mall to walk around and end up spending 60 bucks,” he says.

“I’m sorry but do you really expect to take 4 women to the mall and NOT buy anything?” I respond.

Men…. don’t you get it? If you are planning on taking a woman to the mall (and I consider anyone over 5 in this category) then please don’t get a stupid look on your face when you end up spending 60 bucks! Consider yourself lucky you didn’t have to take out a second on your home.
