Sometimes it seems like I am always shopping for kids clothes. Three girls equals a lot of clothes. When they were really small, we could deal with hand-me-downs, but now that they are growing way too fast, they each need an entire wardrobe of their own. That’s three different sets of clothes in three different sizes. While most of our clothes are of the inexpensive kind, every once in a while they need a special outfit. We are planning a family trip to New York City this summer so I’ve been scouring the online websites for some extra special outfits for the girls.
I had always heard of Hartstrings.com but didn’t know much about them. They have children’s clothing from infant to size 16, which is great for us since I have 3 different sizes I need to buy for.
I found some really adorable outfits.
The website has all the clothes divided by different collections so it makes it very easy to put together an entire outfit. I hate websites where you have to hunt around for a shirt to match the pants and shoes to match the dress. It makes it miserable to shop. Hartstrings takes the guesswork out of finding just the right colors and accessories.
I purchased this pink outfit for my 7 year old. I didn’t tell her I was getting her anything so when the FedEx guy brought the package to our door, she was over-the-moon excited when I told her it was for HER. She ripped the package open and was all smiles. Of course, she wanted to try it on right away.
I have to admit I thought it was really cute on the website, but it is even cuter in person. The fabric is like butter. So soft, and I was worried that the crinoline skirt would be too itchy, but it is fully lined with a satin fabric so it isn’t bothering her little legs at all. Also, it was hard online to see the detail of the shirt, but the tiny bows are really adorable. Hey, if Lauryn is happy… I’m happy.
I would definitely purchase clothes from Hartstrings again. The quality is excellent and I like being able to find clothing that not every other store has.
Take a look at the Hartstrings.com website and if you sign up for their newsletter, they will email you coupons and discounts as well as let you know their sale information. You can also follow them on Facebook and Twitter to keep up with new collections.

Thank you. I love all that girly stuff so I’m glad my kids didn’t turn out to be tomboys.

I love her outfit! It’s so cute… good to know that the fabric is soft… I always hate it when the fabric rubs and is stiff!
She’s adorable! I love the heart detail on the top.

Thank you. The only problem is I’ve already picked out a bunch of other outfits that I have to buy. Once I saw the quality, I want them all.
