I can’t believe it’s December already… Holiday Time! Time to start thinking about all the people who really mean a lot to me and planning on how I’m going to let them know. The best part about giving gifts is picking out just the perfect one. Now you all know I love coffee, so what better than giving the gift of coffee? I love that this time of year you can get some really amazing seasonal coffees. Peet’s Coffee comes out with their Holiday Blend that is perfect for drinking… and gift giving.

I definitely had someone special in mind when I went shopping to put together a Gift Basket. Take a look at what I shopped for HERE.

Putting gift baskets together is pretty simple. You want to make sure you have a theme and then purchase just enough to fit into your basket or container. They make such a great gift because they are really tailored to the recipient. The woman I’m giving this to works hard, supports herself and has become an unexpected friend over the past year. I know this will totally take her by surprise and I can’t wait to see her face when I give it to her.

I started my basket by laying out all my supplies. I hate when I’m in the middle of crafting something and don’t have the supplies I need.

I added the shredded filler paper since I want to be able to see the items in it easily. Without filler, the products would just sink to the bottom.

Add you focal point first to decide the perfect placement. My Peet’s Coffee Holiday Blend is my focal point so everything was situated around that.

While my theme is “Coffee”, I also loved that all my items were red. It’s colorful and seasonal and perfect for a gift.

Don’t forget to add an extra touch to the basket… I added some gold ribbons.
