I am so glad it’s finally Friday. This has been a crazy week.

My computer died. I know, it was sad and awful and actually had me hyperventilating on the one day when I had an important blog post due. Remember Murphy’s Law?

But then… my Prince Charming (aka David, the husband) came to my rescue and brought me home a beautiful new 13″ MacBook Air. And it wasn’t even my birthday!

This week has also kicked my butt in that it’s week 2 of #SITS31DBBB (The SITS Girls 31 Days to Build a Better Blog). I started last week and now on day 10 I’m in the middle of having learned a hell of a lot AND not knowing what the hell I am doing. Being a blogger is easy. Being a great blogger is a lot of work.

And in the midst of my stressing over not having a computer and wanting to give up blogging forever, I had someone ask me what I did. I told them I was a blogger and she said, “Oh, just like the Pioneer Woman.” Oh yes… that’s me… just like The Pioneer Woman. NOT! But maybe a little. I mean, I blog, right? Now if I just had a book deal and a TV show I’d be all set.

Did I mention I’m glad it’s Friday? I need a weekend with nothing to do. Only, there is always something to do. This weekend, though, will be full of FUN things to do.

Saturday will be spent with friends… I mean, family… I mean, friends. You know, the friends that are more like family? Yep, them.

And Sunday I get to meet some of the best Lady Bloggers of Southern California for lunch. Can’t wait!

January has definitely been an interesting month. I’m ready for all the crazy things that February will bring.
