Happy Passover
Tonight at sundown, we’ll be saying good-bye to bread, pasta, rice, corn… you know all the good things… for a week. Passover has never been my favorite holiday, but we celebrate it nonetheless because we are proud of our Jewish heritage and feel that we can surely suffer for one week each year. Hey, it’s better than 40 years wandering the desert.
I’m not preparing Seder this year but I will be making my famous matzo brittle and David will be making his famous horseradish. These posts were done last year… way before I had a “professional” looking blog or knew anything about taking good pictures. Forgive me.
However you are celebrating this weekend… whether it be Passover or Easter, I hope you have a wonderful time with friends and family.
